We have a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to preventing it within our own business and supply chains. We have taken steps to ensure that all of our suppliers and partners adhere to our ethical standards and have implemented due diligence processes to identify and address any potential risks of modern slavery.

Our Due Diligence Processes include:

Supplier Code of Conduct: We have implemented a Supplier Code of Conduct that sets out our expectations for ethical and responsible business practices from all of our suppliers and partners. We expect our suppliers and partners to share our values and commitment to human rights and ethical business practices.

Risk Assessment: We conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. This includes reviewing our suppliers’ labor practices, wages, and working conditions to ensure they meet our ethical standards.

Training: We provide training to our employees to help them identify and address potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. We also work with our suppliers and partners to ensure that their employees are aware of their rights and the risks of modern slavery.

Monitoring and Reporting: We regularly monitor our suppliers and partners to ensure that they are adhering to our ethical standards and identify any potential risks of modern slavery. We also encourage our employees, suppliers, and partners to report any suspected incidents of modern slavery or human trafficking.

We will continue to review and improve our due diligence processes to ensure that we are taking all necessary steps to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

This statement has been approved by the Director of Spectral CBD and will be reviewed and updated annually.
